Birthday Party / Group Rate Information for 2012

TIMES:

Parties can be held between the hours of 1pm and 5pm. May 19- September 28.

(Excluding Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Weekends)

Reservations must be made at least (1) week in advance. There is a (10)

person minimum. (1) birthday child is free. We supply all paper products.

45 minutes in the party area (outdoors)

Birthday Cakes and Cupcakes are the responsibility of those hosting the party.

Final head and pizza counts are due (2) days prior to the party. There is no

deposit required. Please ask about a rain date when booking your party. All

parties are weather permitting as all activities are outdoors. Party area is

available after your ride time, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please remember that

scheduling is extremely important to us in trying to accommodate everyone. We

ask that you make every effort possible to be here on time with your guests!!! For children UNDER the age of (2) years old, a parent will be provided with an additional wristband at no charge.
